FAQ.

1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us, alternatively you can email us at:

2. How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

3. How much do they cost to run?

The running cost of our units is approximately 20p per hour.

4. What does the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 8 am and 12 noon we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually between 5-6 pm onwards. An overnight charge from 25 pound is available, but needs to be arranged when you book.

7. Do you hire overnight?
Yes under certain circumstance this can be arranged, please contact us .

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No.

9. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash or cheque on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments. Cheques WILL NOT be accepted without a bank cheque guarantee card.

10. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime prior to our arrival.

11. What if it rains?
Most of our castles have built in shower covers so they can still be used in showery conditions. Bouncy castles should not be used in Very heavy rain due to safety reasons. If the weather is too bad you can cancel your castle prior to our arrival without charge.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. Can the castle be erected inside.

Yes; most of our castles can be erected inside village and church halls provided they have a ceiling height of over 4m
